RVC’s Masters Fitness Program is a thoughtfully programmed & personalized 60-min. group class that will build muscle strength, enhance cardiovascular endurance, improve flexibility, balance & coordination.
Focusing on proper form and technique, an RVC Master Coach will guide you through “real life” movements like squatting, pushing , pulling, and lifting.
The workout will be different every day, keeping things fresh and fun, building your whole body holistically.
