Challenge Points, Schedule Change Reminders, and you’re awesome…..

Hey team!!

Happy Wednesday! Hope it’s dawning in all shades of awesome for you.
Quick reminder for all: starting this Sunday, we have IGNITE! classes at 8:30 a.m. AND 10:30 a.m. CrossFit class is moved to 9:30 a.m.
Just a reminder  for Nutrition Challenge & Boot Camp participants: Wednesday is always the deadline for logging points from the previous week in order to have your name in the hat for weekly prizes. Obviously, the biggest prize is feeling (and looking) better and better each week, but we’ve got some fun prizes for you each week as well as at the end of the Challenge.
Remember the maximum number of points to earn each week is 25. Everyone who hits 25 each week will have their name put into the prize hat, from which we’ll randomly pull names. But remember that Wednesday is the deadline…..like, today……so get those points logged!!
More importantly, logging your points keeps you accountable and on track. It also reinforces your goals, which strengthens your RAS setting, which makes reaching your goals more viable. It’s not magic; it’s science.
So log those points folks!
And in closing, if this first week was challenging, weird, or not as seamless as you would have hoped, it’s time to check in with your Team Coach. They’re ready to help you, so take advantage of this “concierge” service!! With 4.5 weeks to go, there’s still plenty of time to make real change and feel amazing!!
