Ross Valley Barbell Club meets 3 times a week and offers 90 min training sessions focused exclusively on the Olympic Lifts (snatch and clean & jerk) as well as ancillary exercises that support these lifts; learn the mechanics and get confident under the barbell while building a ton of strength. All RVC members are encouraged to participate, as barbell proficiency enhances performance gains in all RVC programs.
Ross Valley CrossFit offers a Barbell Club Only membership for those who wish to focus exclusively on Olympic lifting and strength training.
