CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. Combining elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance in a new workout everyday, CrossFit workouts are scaled to the perfect level of challenge for the individual; yes ANYONE can do CrossFit. Before entering CrossFit classes, you’ll receive 3 Foundational skill training sessions to teach you the basics. Enhancing every element of fitness, nothing gets you fit like CrossFit.

Our Expert Coaches will guide you through 1 hour of training that utilizes weightlifting, endurance training, and bodyweight-based exercises to take your fitness to the next level.

Every class is scaled to be the PERFECT LEVEL OF CHALLENGE for everyone, regardless of their current fitness level. Yes, EVERYONE can do this. 

Expect a different WOD (workout of the day) every day, and each WOD is designed to build strength, burn fat, and enhance every element of fitness: strength, speed, power, stamina, agility, accuracy, balance, coordination, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.
