Ross Valley Barbell Club meets on Monday and Thursday nights from 6 pm – 7:30 pm, offering 90 min training sessions focused exclusively on the Olympic Lifts (snatch and clean & jerk) as well as ancillary exercises that support these lifts; learn the mechanics and get confident under the barbell while building a ton of strength. All RVC members are encouraged to participate, as barbell proficiency enhances performance gains in all RVC programs. Barbell Club is included in our standard unlimited month to month membership.
