We’ve been serving the health and fitness needs of Marin County for a decade and now, more than ever, it is our honor to keep Ross Valley moving!!

Since the SIP order of March 16th, 2020, we have been working tirelessly to adjust (and re-adjust) our services to keep our community active, healthy and safe.

Safety is our #1 priority. As such, we want to bring your attention to our Safety Protocols, as well as our current membership offerings…

Group Training Membership includes:
  • Unlimited Outdoor Group Classes offered 6 days a week! (check out our schedule!)
  • Expert training and nutrition support from experienced coaches!
  • Personalized instruction for maximum results within a positive, safe and fun group environment
  • Workout app loaded with HUNDREDS of additional workouts for use at your convenience(CrossFit programming, body weight HIIT training, and barbell/strength training options)
  • SugarWOD workout tracker to keep you accountable and motivated
  • Virtual Class recordings offered 3 times per week to keep you moving on those days that you can’t make a class
  • $195 per month
Virtual Only Membership includes:
  • Virtual Class recordings delivered to your inbox by 6 am Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
  • Master Coach instruction with the at-home training experience in mind: step-by-step guidance, movement modifications, and equipment support to ensure a safe and effective workout whether you have equipment or not!
  • Workout app loaded with HUNDREDS of additional workouts for use at your convenience(CrossFit programming, body weight HIIT training, and barbell/strength training options)
  • SugarWOD workout tracker to keep you accountable and motivated!
  • Access to Master Coaches for training and nutrition support!
  • $150 per month

*All memberships offered on a month-to-month basis

All classes are conducted outside of our building and must be reserved in advance; classes may be reserved up to 72 hours in advance. Waitlists are rarely needed, but are provided.

*****All attendees must adhere to all RVF Safety Protocols and must sign a Covid 19 waiver in advance of their first class.

If you’re experienced….

If you have experience with CrossFit, HIIT and/or Olympic weightlifting, you invite you to reserve a complimentary class as our guest!

It’s simple to reserve:

  1. Select the Book Your Complimentary class link below.
  2. Review the schedule for a class that works for you.
  3. Select the Try a Free Class button to the left of the schedule.

After completing these 3 easy steps, you’ll be able to confirm you complimentary class by creating your online profile and signing your digital waiver.

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your class time with a full water bottle, a yoga mat (if you’ve got one) and your mask. All instruction occurs outside, so please check the weather and dress accordingly.

If you need to book your complimentary class outside of our 72 hours-in-advance time window, or if you’re having any trouble getting into the class of your choice, please contact us directly via email with your preferred complimentary class day and time. Looking forward to having you in class!

If you’re new…..

If you are new to Crossfit-style or HIIT training, have chronic injuries, and/or have not been consistently active for awhile, we invite you to a discounted Private Training session.

This session will give you a basic foundation for participating in group classes, or will serve as the starting point for a personalized private training program. The discounted Private Training session is $70, which is offered at a 50% discount off the single private training session rate.
