Step 1

Pick An Option:

Option A. Join us for a complimentary class!

We are EXPERTS at personalizing our workouts to be the perfect fit for every client..yes, even if you’re brand new to CrossFit! Regardless of your experience, your first CrossFit class at RVC will be fun, safe, and effective.

This option is ideal for those who currently have an exercise routine, or have maintained a routine in the recent past, and are injury-free.

Option B. The On-Ramp Program

If you’re serious about making health & fitness a way of Life, then the On-Ramp package is for YOU!

Receive private/semi-private training on the foundational movements of CF from a Master Coach, before joining our (AMAZING) community in classes.

You’ll start and complete your On-Ramp program with a body composition scan, that will “prove your progress” over the course of the program.

The On-Ramp Program offers:

* 3 private/semi-private CF Skill Training Sessions with a Master Coach ($325 Value)

* 30 days Unlimited CF classes ($235 value)

* 2 Accubody Body Composition Scans & Analysis ($50 value)

Option C. Book a private introductory session!

The Private Introductory Session is Ideal for:

*Those with an existing training routine, who want to get an overview of CrossFit basics in a private setting, before taking a complimentary class

* Those who are ready to start a fitness routine, but aren’t sure whether private training or group classes are best for their goals & preferred training style.

This 1 hr. session is $70; a 50% discount off our single private session rate.

Join our Community!

After you’ve completed your free class, On-Ramp Program or private Intro Session, you’re invited to join our community through a group training membership or as a private training client!

Group Training Membership includes >

Private Training >

  • Our Master Coaches create personalized training programs that deliver the results you want, in a professional and empowering environment.
  • We offer 1, 5, 10 and 20 session packages.
  • The first private training session of your package is discounted 50% off the single private training rate of $140.
  • Multi-session packages are offered at a progressive discount from the single session rate.

Schedule Your Intro Session

Fill out the contact form below and a Coach will contact you to schedule your complimentary Intro Session. During your session, we will discuss your goals, test your baseline fitness level, and provide recommendations for which of our programs would best suit your fitness goals.

*If you have previous CrossFit and/or barbell training experience, you are invited to start with a complimentary CrossFit class.

Step 2
Foundations Trial Month

Our Foundations Trial Month offers you everything you need to start your fitness journey off right.
Receive 3 skill training sessions and enjoy 30 days of unlimited access to every program on our schedule for $199.*
(*Skill training sessions must be completed prior to attending CrossFit classes unless approved by Coach; additional training sessions available upon request)

Step 3
Membership

RVC memberships are all-inclusive and provide unlimited access to CrossFit, IGNITE! Boot Camp, Functional Strength, Upper Cut & BarBell Club.
