Ross Valley Fitness has been serving the health and fitness needs of Marin County for a decade, and we are honored to keep the community moving during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since the SIP order of March 16th, 2020, we have been working tirelessly to adjust (and re-adjust) our services to keep our community active, healthy and safe.

Safety is our #1 priority. As such, we want to bring your attention to our Safety Protocols, as well as our current membership offering….

Our Virtual-Ish Membership includes:
  • Unlimited Virtual Classes Monday – Friday @ 10:30 am + Yoga on Sundays @ 10 am
  • Replays
  • Unlimited access to Master Coach – led “Pop Up” and Saturday Street Workouts
  • Workout tracker and 3 different workout programs for 5 days a week of training outside of classes (CrossFit programming, Boot Camp (body weight HIIT training, and barbell/strength training options)
  • $150 per month
Pop Up Class schedule is as follows:
  • Mondays: 7 am & 4:30 pm
  • Tuesday: 8 am
  • Wednesdays: 7 am & 4:30 pm
  • Thursdays: 8 am
  • Friday: 7 am
  • Saturdays Street Workouts: 8 am & 9:30 am

All classes are conducted outside of our building.

Morning classes Monday – Friday are limited to 12 attendees; afternoon classes are limited to 9

Saturday Street Workouts are limited to 15 people.

All classes must be reserved in advance, and waitlists will be provided. Attendance levels are reviewed regularly and additional classes have been/will be added as demand requires.

*****All attendees must adhere to all RVF Safety Protocols and must sign a Covid 19 waiver in advance of their first class with RVF post SIP.

If you’re experienced….

If you have experience with CrossFit, HIIT and/or Olympic weightlifting, you are invited to join us for a complimentary Street WOD on Saturday at 9:30 am (as space permits; limited to 15 people)

After your complimentary class, you can sign up for your Virtual Membership. Once you’re official, you will receive further instructions for reserving your classes, accessing Virtual classes, as well as SugarWOD programming.

If you’re new…..

If you are new to Crossfit-style training, and/or have not been consistently active for awhile, we invite you to a discounted 45 min. Private Training session for $50  as well as a free class, following the completion of your private training session. 

During the private training session, a Master Coach will provide you with an overview of what you can expect in classes, as well as skills training to provide the basics for success in live and virtual classes. You will be prepared to adhere to all Safety Protocols during your private training session, as well as sign a Covid-19 waiver in advance of your appointment.

If after your private training session and free class you choose to invest in a Virtual-ish membership, the $50 will be applied to the $150 monthly Virtual Membership fee.

Virtual Memberships are offered on a month-to-month basis, and will automatically renew each month. Holds and cancellations can be made on our website.
